Anybody playing the Crysis Demo?
I like it , I am thinking about buying it, any opinions?

i would if my computer could handle it :( with all these games coming out for the PC, i don't know if i could hold off "upgrading" any longer :)

I tried it real quick. Ran pretty sluggish on my system which is no slouch so I'm of the opinion that this is another game like Far Cry that's ahead of it's time. Someday I will play it, but that will probably be a year from now when I have a better video card. I can't rationalize upgrading my vid card right now - my 7950GT plays TF2 and Bioshock silky smooth. Far Cry was the same way - when it came out practically nothing could run it smoothly. I've recently re-installed Far Cry just to enjoy playing it smoothly on modern hardware. Still a wicked fun single player game, and it also looks great even by today's standards.

I liked the demo. I see Staples has the game for $45 so I think I'll buy it.

I bought the game and it rox I would recommend downloading the demo to see how it will run on your computer. This requires a very serious computer. I have AMD dual core 6000+ with 2Gigs ram and a 8600GTS and I can only run the game at 1024 with no AA.
