WOW, at Target a WD 500 gig external hard drive for $87 ??? What's the gimmick? Is it junk, only 1 in stock per store, maybe $187 with a $100 mail in rebate? Kmart.com only shows a 320gig for $259!!

Yeah probably for the first 3 people only, and these things are a zoo nowadays.

yup.. you need a lot of patience to get in line for these deals. i actually tried checking out a couple of stores last year but gave up at the parking lot itself :)

I just sleep. Those things will be the same price in 2-6 months at any place anyways.

Its to cold in Chicago area to justify standing outside the nite before for very marginal savings. The only time of year stores flyer's can be referred to as sale papers, the rest of the time I can check the MSRP if I need to buy something

Oh ya, the ZOO! I was not thinking about that. I have to drive 150miles to the big town to get to much more than a Wal-mart. Any stores like Best Buy, Office Max etc... I don't know of any closer. Wife said she wanted to go Black Friday, I don't think we are! Traffic will be a nightmare up there in that area for shoppers.
