ctr+alt+del problem
If I hit the ctr+alt+del buttons I only see the window which displays the running applications, no task monitor, network etc tabs. It works correctly if I log in as an other user, so I must have screwed up something on my log in but I cant figure out what and how to get it back to normal again.

are you setup as a restricted user? Perhaps a non-Admin setup whereas that is not visible?

double click on the right hand side of the border and you should get your tabs back

Actually double click ANYWHERE on the border of the window and the tabs and header comes back. Double click on the gray area right of the tabs and it goes away again. Pretty much a useless feature that has confused countless people.

thanks a million guys. :) such an simple thing and it had me going for such a long time. One really needs to wonder what kind of purpose such a option serves? Just to drive people insane or what?
