Stupid Dell n00b Support
I initiate an online chat to ask for a new k/b for one of my user's laptops - the Enter key came off and the backings broke so it couldn't be reattached. Before he authorized sending a replacement k/b, he asked "can you tell me if there is any abuse suspected on the keyboard?" WTF? How does one abuse a laptop k/b???? It was like it was being used as a bat... a replacement waffle iron?... did they suspect my user was humping it?

Could have also said: No, but the mouse has filled a restraining order (could substitute the mouse for touchpad). :)
