Trying to edit a .PDF that has alot of graphics, which App?
Besides Acrobat? Acrobat 8.0 will not allow me to edit the text in it. :(

yes I believe the original author made this in another program and saved it as a .pdf. I am trying illustrator now to no avail either but I am a n00b at illustrator so who knows....maybe easier to get print shop and recreate the item....

What if you recreated it after running OCR from Acrobat 8?

Acrobat Pro does allow you to edit it. BUT that assumes that the text in the PDF was saved as text and not as a rasterized image. Many PDF creators do just that, in which case the text won't be editable. Photoshop will import PDFs but I think that all the text will be rasterized into a graphic. There's some plugins for Microsoft Word that allow it to import a PDF. Never used them though. Versions of PaperPort since 6 or 7 will let you import a PDF and then do an OCR on it.
