No info on what's happening with the main forums at PCAbusers.com yet, but I'm slowly rounding up everyone and having them check in here. My theory so far (and this is just supposition) is that the server hard drive crashed. As you know we had a major database corruption a few weeks ago and that usually doesn't happen out of the blue. My guess is the drive was failing and that was the first warning, and now it's just packed up and died. I do know they were working on fixing the email notifications at the time and there was no indication from anyone that we were in any kind of imminent disconnection state. The people who host PCA (and host it for free I might add) were busy trying to fix the database when this happened so I have to assume it's related to that. If anyone knows any facts about what happened, let us know here. Hopefully the forums will be back up in a while. Meanwhile if anyone wants me to setup forum topics on this board, let me know. - TheFlyingPenguin

It's working OK. The forum allowed me to register myself then emailed me a link to confirm my registration.

That's it. :( This time the whole site is down or else I'd post this on our news site. And like a dummy I didn't keep a record of others non-pca emails.

I've rounded up around 15 email addresses for the regular members at PCA. They should have all gotten a notification about this temporary forum. I also have some tentative email addresses sent to me by some of those people and I've emailed them to see if they're valid and to direct them to the temporary forum.

sorry guys Im sick over this...w0lfy is out of pocket but I have a voice msg on his cell and a email in to him thrax things its the dns server but we dont know the ip to -*test*-('") so if anyone has the ip try it FlyingPenguin is close but the crash a few weeks ago was from the db running out of space...w0lfy gave us more space and thrax was working on fixing all the tables that got messed up as I said im sick over this sorry nash

btw thrax can only access the db w0lfy owns the server and pays for the connection

Nash, I know you are doing all you can. Thank you :) You can't control what you don't have access to. Last ip I had for pca is: 69.93.93.214

So that's what happened. I figured there was some kind of server issues. I hope all goes well & smoothly, these things happen.

I had just changed the domains dns to re-direct to here. May take a day or so to work. If w0lfy gets it going, then of course I'll change the nameservers back.
